This review is for Erinwood Ford but more specifically James and Claudia who made my Bronco buying experience such a breeze.

James and Claudia are car people. James took the time to understand exactly the spec that I wanted for my Bronco and I got the price I was looking for right on first visit. I still keep in touch with both as I get to talk more about Broncos! Claudia also left a small horseshoe in the car as a lucky charm. Small but such a nice gesture. Dealers don't do that anymore!

I visited two dealerships before Erinwood Ford where I received - let's say - less than ideal behavior. One of the salesman at the other dealer was condescending.

Just bought an F-150 at the dealership through Dave Grittani. He was thorough, demonstrative and welcoming. His experience shines through with his relaxed demeanour.
