Erinwood has lazy customer service at the counter, but if you ignore the chatty-cathys at the front desk you'll be amazed at what great service is.
From the sales staff to the service centre I was treated amazingly well.
The post sales department where they try to up-sell you on other added warranties and protection plans is usually the nightmare room for me. I hate saying no when I have someone telling me I'm not taking care of my vehicle if I don't buy added protection etc. ... but in the case of Erinwood they were very cordial and respectful of my choices.
Oil changes and repairs are a breeze with helpful staff in the service department.
I don't know what else to say. I never thought I'd feel like a million bucks for buying a car lol....
The vehicle I purchased was an F150 echo boost .. amazing truck 2013 - 67,000kms no issues.
The salesman's name was Lem.... he's a seasoned rep and he really helped me a lot with some hurdles when it came to financing for my business. Glad I met him.
Over the holidays we decided to take some time to seek out a newer used car. We initially went to the AutomallClearanceCenter to test drive a less expensive, higher mileage car. While we liked the car and it drove fine, we decided to opt for a newer car with factory warranty left. We scoured several other dealers and met up with some salespeople that didn't have any concept of customer service or took forever to set up a test drive.
Eventually we returned to the Automall. Ali Sharafedlin was straight forward with us the first time we went there. This continued when we went back. The good selection at this store meant they had a car we were looking for with low kms. I did not want to sit there all day. Ali and Nick, the manager, made the process easy, and we arrived at a fair price. Asking for an independent mechanical inspection was met with no objection. We took the car for the inspection and the two items found were addressed before we picked up the car. Even though the weather was bitter, the car was delivered clean both interior and exterior.
We have always bought used cars and never relish the process. But Ali made every effort to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Nobody engaged in high pressure sales, either for the car, financing, or add-ons. .
