Our recent car purchase was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience we have had in 30 years. By chance, our previous deal had fallen through, and Erinwood Ford happened to have the exact vehicle we wanted. We had no idea how lucky we were that Chevon answered the phone and became our first point of contact with the dealership. We met with him the following morning and were immediately put at ease. He was efficient, personable, honest, funny, and refreshingly no-nonsense. Within just a few hours, we had purchased our vehicle, and we couldn't believe how seamless the entire process had been.
The icing on the cake was working with Claudia, who handled the warranty and financing. She, too, immediately made us feel comfortable, and it was clear from the beginning that she genuinely had our best interests at heart. Even after the purchase, whenever we contacted Chevon or Claudia with follow-up questions, they were quick to respond and always provided clear answers. Their genuine attention to the customer and exceptional level of service reminded us of something we had honestly thought was becoming lost across all industries.
Things continued to go smoothly on the day of pickup. The windows had been beautifully tinted, the car was immaculately detailed, and Chevon even served us a delicious Cobb salad while he finalized the paperwork with Claudia. Those thoughtful touches made an already exceptional experience even better.
This was truly a 5-star experience. We are still amazed by how well this dealership operates and by the incredible staff they have assembled. We used to dread buying a new vehicle because of the usual run-around, negotiating, and back-and-forth. This experience completely changed that for us. Ford should be incredibly proud to have Chevon and Claudia on the front lines representing the brand. They made us feel valued, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. We couldn't recommend Erinwood Ford and this outstanding team more highly!
