I purchased my first Ford from this dealership, I previously have purchased a Honda Civic and 2 Nissan vehicles (a Juke and a Sentra). It was a good shopping experience overall. They did not pressure me during the process at all, and this was great, as I do not like pressure tactics. Claudia who dealt with my finance was amazing and never changed through the order and the purchase/delivery. I will say I dealt with multiple sales persons in the purchase of my 2025 Ford Maverick which I had ordered since trying to find one with the exact things I wanted was impossible. I will say this process could have been better as it was an ordered vehicle (ordered June 27th, 2025; delivered October 30th, 2025), as some sales people I dealt with no longer work at the dealership and I was not notified of any change, and I felt like I fell through the cracks of the process of the order due to these changes. The sales persons I first started was Paul Rice, who was off the day I came into the dealership, then dealt with Mark M. for the ordering process. It was this time period where I feel like I fell through the cracks, as when I emailed Mark, and first got replies with when to ask again, then I never got an answer at the prearranged time, and went into the dealership, and found out Mark no longer worked there. It was during this part I felt like I fell through the cracks. After that, it took about a week to get things straight, and was the only time I could be critical.
